Vegetarian Lasagne

Layers of roasted pumpkin, sweet potato, red capsicum, and eggplant sandwiched between fresh lasagne sheets, smothered in a trio of cheeses, ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan and our famous homemade sugo. It's the dish that keeps our customers coming back for more.  Re-heat at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes till hot all the way through.
