Pastitsio is to the Greek what Lasagne is to Italians. It boasts a rich, aromatic tomato meat sauce layered with tubular pasta and topped with a thick, creamy béchamel —a flavour experience like no other. Re-heat at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes till hot all the way through.
