Kotopita (Greek Chicken Pie)

This dish is a flavour sensation. Slow cooked chicken thighs, together with a mix of cheeses , bechamel, braised leeks and aromats filled in to a filo pastry parcel . Absolutely delicious , Absolutely fresh. Re-heat at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes till hot all the way through.
